Due to COVID-19 all patients are REQUIRED to wear face mask/ face covering before entering the building and keeping them on until they leave the building.

Unfortunately due to the shortage of personal protective equipment we will not provide any patients with any face covering/mask. Patients will be sent away to get covering and return back with another appt time. Patients are able to cover their nose and mouth with a secure scarf or cloth. Please look up videos on how to make face mask/ face covering for ideas. This is for your safety and others.
