Everyone is extra professional and takes their time to listen to my needs.
My main frustration is getting through when making a phone call. I have waited over an hour to speak to someone, or have simply been cut off. You could greatly improve on that. I say that because I want you to represent yourselves the best.

As I have expressed in my first review, Dr EZ is great at what he does. What he brings to the table swiftly addresses your pain. The staff are professional and kind. Wait time is short. Overall, I'd recommend APEX to anyone in pain seeking relief.
