I love Rachel but the call center personnel are the worst!!! I’ve been hung up on, refused an appointment and given no help on refilling a prescription. If you get a man on the phone, either ask to speak to a supervisor or hang up and try again.

My experience with Vic Magbual as my physician has been exceptional. His professional care has been extraordinary; I would undoubtedly recommend his care to all of my acquaintances, as I have not felt so completely care for by many other physicians. His personality also is kind, calming and attentive to the required needs of his patients. I am grateful for my medical needs being attended to by such a professionally caring person as he is.
