The hold staff never change they are always the same when ever I go to the office to see the doctors or to ask a question I could be feeling bad when I get there and I feel a lot better when I leave thank you for your service.

Dr Eze's treatments are effective and long lasting. The lumbar RFA takes effect right away and typically lasts for over a year. My C-spine injections are every 6 months and he always relieves my pain with 1 injection. My only complaint is not being able to get on the patient portal or get through to the office on the telephone.

Waiting room wait was minimal which means a lot! All the staff are kind and helpful from the front to the back. Thank you to the ones that work behind the scenes to keep it all going. My wait time for the provider was very short, I didn’t look at my watch but I’m sure it was less than 5 minutes! I have been going to Apex for 8 years or more and always feel cared for! Thank you Rachel, Dr EZ, Daisy and everyone else!

As a black woman, sometimes it’s hard to find empathy in the medical field. I really love Kimberly. She was such a joy, Kept me relaxed. She didn’t know I had anxiety she was just very empathetic and warm. Exactly how a clinician should be. Dr. Alafuro Orient was very informative and kind as well.
I will definitely recommend this office specifically especially because of Kimberly.
